  Chanel Haugh is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in multifamily investment sales and development land advisory across North Carolina’s Research Triangle and Carolina Core corridor.  She founded Haugh Realty Advisors on the conviction that disciplined local market intelligence, rigorous site evaluation, and genuine client alignment produce better outcomes than volume-driven brokerage ever could — regardless of deal size.

   

     Chanel began her career in commercial real estate alongside veteran pros Jim Baker and Gabe Guillois at The Lundy Group, where she developed deep fluency across commercial office, retail, flex-warehouse, and land assets from the Piedmont to the coastal plains of NC.   Navigating the Global Financial Crisis early in her career alongside seasoned practitioners shaped perspectives on underwriting, risk assessment, and market cycles that no classroom or bull market replicate.  That foundation informs every engagement she takes on today. 

 

    Chanel strives to apply her God-given analytical talents to empower discovery and accelerate fulfillment of meaningful purpose — bearing good fruit according to God’s plan.  She believes that as tides rise and fall, fruitful work will sustain family, clients, and the communities in which we live, work, and play.

     In her free time, Chanel is often found laughing loudly, cultivating sweat, on the road to soccer, or hunting and enjoying time with her husband, 2 certified Haugh kids, and 2 furry, ball-and-bird-obsessed, tails-of-doom.  ​
