Chanel began her career in commercial real estate with veteran pros Jim Baker and Gabe Guillois at The Lundy Group. Chanel focused on leasing, sales, and property management of commercial office, retail, flex-warehouse, and land assets from the Piedmont to the coastal plains of NC. The opportunity to engage with experts during the GFC and broadly across many commercial sectors and asset classes solidified perspectives that are invaluable to underwriting, site assessment, and advisory activities.
Chanel has consistently served her industry and community by volunteering her time, both in support and leadership roles.
